I’ve always been told that I’m a people person, even by top recruiters themselves. In recruitment, particularly executive recruitment, people skills are paramount. Every assignment completed and every candidate placed for me is personal. I don’t just find you people, I find you the best people, the most suitable for your organization. I find you people who can make a difference and grow with you. But don’t get me wrong I cannot do this alone. It’s also a strong team behind me that makes all this possible.
Headhunting requires patience, determination, and persistence, and these are the skill sets we bring to the table. Whether finding CEOs, managing directors, or mid level management, we have the capabilities to find the best people. We believe we are one of the top recruitment agencies in Thailand, and the assignments we have completed I believe are testament to our abilities.
Executive search can be tricky and we have been known to turn down assignments because we have concluded that we will not be able to find the right person for the job, but sometimes even the clients themselves do not know what they want, so that in the end the assignment turns into a “hiring and firing” – a waste of time for everyone, the last thing we want.
We have been known to come back to tell our client that the person they are looking for does not exist and that they need to be realistic. We cannot do miracles. We can only find you the person whose qualifications match your requirements – not through a database, but through direct contacts. In most cases such a person is actively working, making a difference somewhere else, but is prepared to consider a better career opportunity – and this is how it all starts….no miracles behind it.
People say being a small, niche and specialized firm has its disadvantages, one being that we can only take on a few assignments at a time. We see this as an advantage because the only way for us to become your partner and build a long term relationship with you is to be able to deliver what we promise.
